Saski Collection Pink Ribbon Breakfast

Saski Collection Pink Ribbon Breakfast

Rounding out Breast Cancer Awareness month,  last week Saski Collection hosted a Pink Ribbon Breakfast in the hopes of making a difference to the one in eight women who will develop breast cancer at some point in their lives. With 100% of proceeds and donations received going directly to the National Breast Cancer foundation, the Saski team are proud to support life-changing breast cancer research, with an aim of one day finding a cure.

Saski Collection set a goal of raising $10,000.00 - and raised a total of $11,526.00 for the National Breast Cancer foundation through a charity raffle.

The raffle included a grand prize of a Louis Vuitton handbag, Gold Coast holiday stay and eyelash voucher. The handbag was personally donated by Saski brand owner and founder, Tammy Hembrow.

“It’s so important to raise much needed funds and awareness of breast health and risk of cancer among girls and women of all ages. With a predominately female following, if I can use my platform to educate girls in the importance of early detection and checking regularly for changes to your body, I will,” Tammy said.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation is the only national body that funds breast cancer research with money raised entirely by the Australian public, with a mission to help those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education and support services.

We were so grateful for the support of the Saski family and couldn’t thank everyone who donated enough.
