WHAT SIZES DOES TAMMY WEAR?

A: Tammy wears a size Small in ALL Saski products. She is able to fit into both a size Small and Extra-Small in the mid waist leggings, due to the amazing stretch fabric. When deciding on what is best for you, think about how tight you like your activewear, as Saski Collection uses an extremely high quality and strong fabric.

WHAT ARE TAMMY’S MEASUREMENTS?

A: Tammy is 165cm tall. Her bust is approx. 35.5 inches, her waist is approx. 26 inches, and her hips are approx. 36 inches.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

A: We offer a 30 day exchange period on size only, if your item is returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Please make sure your item is free from:

- Make up, fake tan and animal hair

- Free from scents of deodorant, perfume or washing powder

Please be careful when trying on our garments! If your return doesn't meet the above criteria we will unfortunately have to send it back to you. We are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of return shipping, but will happily ship the new size to you free of charge. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind (colour or item) so please choose carefully before confirming your order. This is also outlined in our Terms and Conditions. If you need to exchange your size, please contact hello@saskicollection.com and we will help you complete the process.

-Items marked "SALE" or "SAMPLE" are not eligible for return. Please make sure you've read the list of possible faults in all SAMPLE products before checking out, they are discounted for this reason.

- Swim bottoms are NOT eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A SIZE IF YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK?

A: Simply contact us at hello@saskicollection.com to let us know what size you would like to exchange. If we are well and truly sold out of the size you need, we can offer you a refund less the cost of shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WAS SENT AN INCORRECT ITEM?

A: If you have received an incorrect item (this includes incorrect size or colour) we will require you to send through a photo of the item to hello@saskicollection.com - and then we will be able to proceed with further information on what to do next. We will reimburse shipping expenses when the receipt is included in the return package. When returning an incorrect item please ensure that the garment gets back to us in an original unworn condition with tags attached.

 

WHAT FABRICS ARE EACH OF THE PRODUCTS MADE OF?

A: Fabrics used in manufacturing are listed in the product descriptions on our website.

DO THE PRODUCTS RUN TRUE TO SIZE?

A: Measurements for you to refer to when picking a size are outlined on our website, to help you achieve the best fit. If you are in between sizes in our crop tops or sports bras, we would recommend selecting the larger size, as the fit is quite snug and the fabric doesn’t have a lot of stretch.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE BY ACCIDENT, AM I ABLE TO CHANGE IT BEFORE YOU SHIP IT OUT?

A: Please contact hello@saskicollection.com and we will help you anyway we can, as long as you contact us before the product is shipped. Please remember during launch/restock periods we receive high volumes of orders and emails, and can't always make changes to orders in time before they're shipped.

WHEN WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?

A: The best way to find out about any Saski Collection updates including restock dates, is to join our mailing list. Our members are the first to know and you can sign up easily by scrolling to the bottom of any page on our website.
 

DOES SHIPPING INCLUDE IMPORT/TAX CHARGES?

A: No. Please refer the Shipping page on our website, which outlines important information regarding import liabilities, taxes and the associated costs.

 

WHERE WILL MY PARCEL BE LEFT IF I AM NOT HOME?

A. Please note if you choose standard shipping your package may be left at your front door or mailbox if you're not home. We suggest selecting express shipping if you are wanting the package to be signed for or taken to your nearest post office if you're not home to avoid any issues.

 

ARE SASKI PRODUCTS MADE ETHICALLY?

A: Yes. Saski Collection works with an Australian owned and operated design and manufacturing partner to produce Saski Collection. 

In terms of our international factories and compliance, we only use hand-picked, ethical manufacturing partners that our manufacturing partners have personally visited and viewed actual production lines. Our product also receives random third party inspections to perform inspections on production.  

Our team not only visit the showrooms of our manufacturing partners, but also the physical productions lines. We take social responsibility very seriously and ensure our manufacturing partners are all Child-labour and Sweat Shop free in which is a requirement to even begin initiating with each factory. Minimum wages are adhered to as well as being conscious of environmental standards which is now a pre requisite to all Factories in operation.

Each factory and country have different certifications and Audit requirements to adhere too, depending on the speciality services of the actual factory.

With regards to the factories that produce Saski Collection, the following certifications and Audits apply:

BSCI Audited 

Wrap Audited

These audits allow the factories to adhere to specific regulations and monitor the use of any fabric dying processes, safety processes, as well as important aspects of the factories operations (such as child labor, etc).

All our factories are Child Labor and Sweat Shop free. This is a non negotiable.
