WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We offer a 30 day exchange period on size only, your item must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
Restocking fee of 15% is subject to apply for returns made back to the original payment. Restocking fee does not apply to returns made for store credit.

Please be careful when trying on our garments! We offer free returns for all Australian customers. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping for international customers but will happily ship the new size to you free of charge.If you need to exchange your size, please visit our Delivery and Returns page and use our returns portal.
Please note for swim bottoms/one piece swim to be eligible for an exchange, the hygiene sticker must not be removed.
Items marked "SALE" or "SAMPLE" are not eligible for return. Please make sure you've read the list of possible faults in all SAMPLE products before checking out, they are discounted for this reason.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE A SIZE IF YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK?
You can do this via our returns portal with our shop now feature. If we are well and truly sold out of the size you need, we can offer you a refund less the cost of shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WAS SENT AN INCORRECT ITEM?
If you have received an incorrect item (this includes incorrect size or colour) we will require you to send through a photo of the item to hello@saskicollection.com - and then we will be able to proceed with further information on what to do next. We will reimburse shipping expenses when the receipt is included in the return package. When returning an incorrect item please ensure that the garment gets back to us in an original unworn condition with tags attached.
